Supervisor Brand Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Supervisor to oversee day-to-day team performance and support marketing and operational efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in team leadership and marketing execution, with the ability to drive productivity and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide team members to ensure achievement of daily targets.

Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and sales activities.

Monitor staff performance and report on progress to management.

Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Hands-on experience in marketing or sales operations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Gross Salary: TZS 400,000/month to 500,000/

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
