Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and experienced female Property Manager / Villa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury property or private villa in Zanzibar. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in property or real estate management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest and owner experiences. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain the property to the highest standards. Occasional international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and maintenance of the property or villa

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff

Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and guest-ready at all times

Handle guest relations, including check-in/check-out and concierge services

Oversee inventory, supplies, and procurement for the property

Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts

Track and manage property-related budgets and expenditures

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations

Provide regular reports to property owners or management

Travel internationally as needed for training, meetings, or property-related tasks

Candidate Requirements:

Female applicants only (position is open exclusively to women)

Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality

Bachelors degree in any field

Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Willing to travel abroad occasionally as part of the role

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing high-end villas, boutique hotels, or private estates

Understanding of the Zanzibar/Tanzanian hospitality or real estate market

Additional languages are a plus
