Our client is hiring a strategic and experienced manager to lead business operations and oversee marketing and team performance. This role requires an individual with strong management skills, marketing expertise, and a proven ability to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities for Manager:

• Plan, direct, and oversee operations and team functions.
• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
• Analyze business performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Supervise team leaders, provide guidance and conduct evaluations.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and project timelines.
• Ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.

Required Qualifications for Manager:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing teams and marketing campaigns.
• Strong decision-making, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Gross Salary: TZS 600,000 800,000/month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
